Return Policy

At The Peptide Chemist, we offer a 90-day return window for most products. You may return items for a full refund if independent testing confirms non-purity results, or even if you simply change your mind (items must be unused and in their original packaging — though we often accept returns for used peptides as well).

To initiate a return, please reply directly to your order confirmation email sent from lab@thepeptidechemist.com. Our team will provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected.
