Return Guidelines:

• All returns must be pre-approved. Please request an RMA before shipping.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 2–3 days of receiving your return.
• Important: Emails regarding products used for human or animal consumption will not be responded to and void our guarantee.

Products Eligible for Refunds:

• Any product that is unopened and unused.
• One opened product per order (including individual vials).

This guarantee is valid for 90 days from the delivery date shown in your tracking info. After 90 days, refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed, but we’ll review each case individually—your satisfaction is our top priority.
